Ceremony Etiquette (Phones & Seating)

We kindly ask that all devices are silenced during the ceremony. Guests are welcome to take photos and videos from their seats; however, we ask that the aisle remains completely clear at all times and that no one steps into the aisle during the ceremony.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony will take place outdoors, followed by an indoor reception.

Yes, please locate your place card upon entering the venue for reception seating.

Are there any ceremony rules we should be aware of?

We kindly ask that all guests remain seated during the ceremony and help keep the aisle completely clear at all times. Guests seated along the aisle are asked to keep phones and devices out of sight. If you plan to take photos or videos, please choose seating away from the aisle.

Yes, guests are welcome to capture moments from their seats. We simply ask that the aisle remains clear and that all ceremony guidelines are respected.

Due to limited seating, we are only able to accommodate guests who are formally listed on the invitation. Thank you for understanding.

Yes, children are welcome to celebrate with us. We kindly ask that parents supervise their children at all times throughout the event. If a child becomes restless or upset during the ceremony, we ask that they be briefly stepped outside until they are settled so we can maintain a peaceful atmosphere.

No, this will be a dry wedding. We will have a selection of non-alcoholic beverages available for everyone to enjoy.
