Seating will begin at 5:00pm, and the ceremony will start promptly at 5:30pm. The doors to the ceremony space will close at that time, so please plan to be seated before then. If you arrive a little earlier, you’re welcome to enjoy a drink at the hotel bar before finding your seat.
Our dress code is formal. Examples include: long dresses or jumpsuits for women, and suits and a tie for men.
We’ve thoughtfully planned our guest list to include our closest family and friends. Everyone invited will have their name listed on the invitation. If you don’t see a guest included, that just means we’d love to celebrate with you specifically! We’re so excited to share this day with the people who mean the most to us.
Our wedding will be 21 and up. We truly love your little ones, but we’re keeping this an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives you the chance to relax, enjoy a night out, and celebrate with us stress-free. Think of it as a well-deserved date night!
Yes! We have a room block reserved at Hotel Covington for our guests. We recommend booking as soon as possible since it will be a busy weekend in both Covington and Cincinnati. Once the room block is full, we can’t guarantee availability or pricing, so be sure to reserve early. You can find the booking link on our accommodations page.
Yes! Hotel Covington has a parking garage located at the venue for a small fee. You’re welcome to leave your car overnight if you’d like.
We would love to celebrate with you, but we understand if you cannot make it. We kindly ask that you let us know as soon as possible, and by June 25th at the latest, so we can plan accordingly.
