Venue Timeline:

1:30- All guests wait at the BOTTOM of the driveway until scheduled arrival time 1:35- All guests proceed up the driveway 1:45- All guests must be present and find their seating 1:55- All guests seated 2:00- Ceremony starts followed by family photos 2:25- Start getting ready to leave the venue 2:35- All guests have exited the venue ~ couple only photos 3:00- Bride and Groom are done with photos and prepare to leave the venue I swear we are not this crazy to have everything timed out. We are at mercy of the venue.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We ask that you do not take pictures during the ceremony. We have a photographer for that but afterwards take all of the pictures!! (And send them to us!)

What is the plan after dinner?

Answer

There isn’t one! You’re more than welcome to stick around with us or part ways. We will most likely bounce around the strip a bit. We are also arriving to Gatlinburg a few days early to have some fun, let us know if you’re doing the same and would like to connect with us! We plan to be in town from 9/28- 10/4

PLEASE be on time arriving and leaving as we will get fined for any late guests. If you arrive late we ask that you please cover the fee. • No smoking/ alcohol • Limit of 5 cars at the venue (please use the shuttle we are providing) • Do not show up the the venue prior to our ceremony
