What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

Bride and groom will be taking pictures along with the wedding party. Guests can head straight to the reception location, grab a drink and catch up. Once the newlyweds arrive the celebration will begin. Dances and dinner will follow.

Do you have to pay for parking?

Answer

No parking fees. Tell the gate attendant you're with The Williams' Wedding.

Beach Rules/Hall Rules

Answer

No GLASS containers. No Pets No Balloons, Fireworks, Glitter, Confetti or Rice No Parking on the Grass The Beach closes at Midnight and Gates Lock

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please discard of cigarette butts in designated area/ cigarette bins. No butts off the balconies, Not in the sand or on the ground.

What if it rains?

Answer

If it rains, the ceremony will move indoors to Saltwater Pavilion (reception location). We'll notify guests of any changes.

The reception venue is fully accessible with a ramp entrance.

Answer

Dinner and Open Bar available for all confirmed guests. Non-alcoholic drinks provided. BYOB welcome; please tip bartenders.

Is there a seating chart?

Answer

There will be open seating for both the ceremony and reception. The front row is reserved for wedding party and immediate family. The bride and groom will have a dedicated table at the front of the reception.

The Fulton Mansion

Answer

The Fulton Mansion Historic Museum is open to the public 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Our ceremony starts at 5 p.m. Museum tickets are discounted $4 for wedding guests who want to visit earlier, but not required for the wedding.
