We are thrilled to celebrate our special day at The Ellis House, located at 1950 Country Club Road, Fairmont, WV. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at this beautiful venue, and we look forward to sharing every moment with you there.

Arrival Time

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM. We ask that guests arrive by 2:45 PM to allow time to find their seats comfortably before the ceremony begins.

Attire

We encourage our guests to join us in dressing up in formal attire to help us honor the significance of this special day. Your presence is the most important thing to us, and we look forward to celebrating together in timeless style.

Adults Only Celebration

Answer

As much as we adore your little ones, we kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only occasion. We hope this gives you the chance to enjoy a special evening out—a little date night to relax, celebrate, and share in the joy of our big day. Thank you so much for understanding!

Unplugged Ceremony

Answer

We kindly ask that guests please refrain from using cellphones during the ceremony. We want everyone to be fully present in the moment as we exchange vows and celebrate this special day. We’ll be sure to share professional photos afterward, and we appreciate your understanding and support in making this an intimate experience for all.

Outdoor Ceremony

Answer

Weather permitting, the Ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors. The reception will be held indoors.

RSVP Deadline

Answer

The deadline for RSVPs will be September 25th. We kindly ask that all guests RSVP by this date. Unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate guests if they have not sent in a response by this time.

What should I do if i cant make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding/reception, please indicate your regrets on our RSVP tab/mail in card so we can plan accordingly.
