When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The RSVPs are virtual. It’s easier for us to keep track of all of our loved ones, including you! Please RSVP by January 1, 2024. Our solid invitations will only be sent to those who have RSVP the save the date.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. The attire theme is Nature Glam: Gala wear. Suits & Gowns. Please refrain from sundress and casual wear. Color Requirements: Rust, Shades of Orange, and Shades of Green. Please refrain from: White, Ivory, Champagne, Pink, Purple, Red, Blue, and Yellow. We would like everyone coordinated for our group photos.

Are kids welcome?

This is an adult only event, with the exception of our sibling’s children. Please, lock in your babysitter too!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 6:00 PM. Giving you time to check in to your hotels or leave work early to be on time. You may arrive to the event at 5:30 PM to be seated in the ceremony space.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please do not bring anyone who hasn’t been approved through the RSVP. We both come from large families and want to make sure we don’t accrue additional expenses with unexpected guests.

What should I gift the couple?

We have a monetary gift fund on our website that you may contribute to at any time in this process. Prior to the ceremony or the evening of.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know if you have any food allergies or restrictions. The menu will be buffet style and have plenty of options. The sooner we know, the sooner we will be able to accommodate.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking on the premises. You are welcomed to walk over to the venue or take the on site trolley to escort you from the parking lot to the venue’s entrance.

Things to bring

You are welcomed to bring a portable charger for your phone (to take videos/photos without stress). We will have an after party (at the same venue) from 12:00 am- 2:00 am. You can bring a change of clothes for comfort.

Open bar or cash bar?

Answer

There will be an open bar from 7:00 PM- 12:00 AM. We will be serving only wine, champagne and beer. There will be two options of signature drinks at our self serve refreshment stations. Please plan your designated driver (Uber, Lyft, your plus one). Tips will go strictly to the bartenders.
