Ashley & Kendall’s love story began on a beautiful night at Millennium Park. The hashtag #OnCloudSmith is very fitting to their story because of the sunset on that lovely night. The sky had a mixture of purple and pink clouds and in the background, you could see Cloud Gate. On this particular night, a group of friends gathered for the screening of “Get Out.” Kendall was the new face amongst the group. At the end of the movie, Kendall asked if anyone needed a ride home and Ashley graciously accepted. As they walked to the car the conversation flowed effortlessly. Ashley & Kendall conversed about their personality types, careers, likes/dislikes, goals, etc. Kendall was instantly intrigued by Ashley’s passion for her career in education. Along the commute, Kendall received a phone call from a friend requesting a ride home. He asked if it was alright to pick up his friend, Ashley agreed. Sherrie joins the group but is instantly captivated by Ashley & Kendall’s connection. She suggests that the group go out for dinner with the intention of becoming a matchmaker. It most definitely worked. After the lovely dinner, Ashley and Kendall exchanged numbers. Ashley & Kendall had such a great time they made plans the next day, bike riding along the lake. Ashley quickly fell for Kendall’s kind spirit & gentle heart. The rest is now history… Now introducing Mr. & Mrs. Smith on 4, 3, 2, 1!!!!
