We're Getting Married!

Almost reaching the 8th anniversary of being together in love, we're getting married! We met when we were super young (13 and 14 years old) while exploring the crazy world of social media, and we fell for each other instantly. We spent our first four years dating in a long-distance relationship, saving up for trips to see each other every break we had from school, the first one being in 2016 and the last being in 2019. After Erika's freshman year at Michigan State University, we celebrated Alicia for her high-school graduation and ended up spending the entire summer in Minnesota. This was the last trip we ever had to make to see each other because we came back to Detroit together and we've literally been inseparable since. We’ve both made significant strides towards our personal and individual goals in life but always talked about starting a family and aspirations we would like to accomplish together, and after just graduating college, Erika felt it was time to make a step in that direction when she popped the question August 12th, 2022! You’ve probably seen the proposal and seen some of the progress made toward the wedding, so you’re all caught up! We would just like to extend our sincere love + appreciation to everyone that has supported us and loved us unconditionally. We can't wait to party and celebrate this milestone in our lives with each and every one of you! E+A
