Question

I am not staying at the resort, what do I need to know?

Answer

You will be required to purchase a day pass from the resort when you check-in for the wedding. External guests must present an official ID upon their arrival. In the contrary, the access to the Resort will be denied. This allows you access only to the wedding events. If you stay the night in someones room, you will be charged for a nights stay. If you try to be sneaky, the resort will charge the bride & groom. Please be responsible.

No me alojaré en el resort, ¿qué necesito saber?

Answer

Se le pedirá que compre un pase de un día en el complejo cuando se registre para la boda. Los huéspedes externos deben presentar una identificación oficial a su llegada. Por el contrario, se denegará el acceso al Resort. Esto le permite acceder solo a los eventos de la boda. Si pasa la noche en la habitación de alguien, se le cobrará una noche de estadía. Can I take off my wristband for the wedding?

Answer

Wrist bands provided upon check-in may only be taken off from the bride and groom and the bridal party on the wedding date. Guest cannot remove wrist bands, if so, a penalty will apply.

Answer

Las muñequeras proporcionadas al momento del check-in solo se pueden quitar de los novios y la fiesta nupcial en la fecha de la boda. Los invitados no pueden quitarse las muñequeras; de ser así, se aplicará una penalización.

Can I take decor from the reception as a souvenir?

Answer

No, all of the decor is for rent.If the item is taken as a souvenir, the cost of the item will be added to the bride and groom's bill. The cost charged will depend on the items taken. Please be responsible.

Answer

No, toda la decoración está en alquiler. Si el artículo se toma como recuerdo, el costo del artículo se agregará a la factura de los novios. El costo cobrado dependerá de los artículos tomados. Por favor se responsable.

Do I have to pay extra for stuff?

Answer

No, at our resort everything is included in your stay. You will have unlimited food, drinks, alcohol, and room service 24/7.

What if I try to book and you've reached your headcount?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to a strict headcount we are allowed to have provided by the resort, this would mean you are unable to attend the wedding. You are more than welcome to vacation that week. If you would still like to take a trip, Chad can make those arrangements for you.
