Question

Can I bring kids to your wedding?

Answer

While we love and adore your family we ask that no one under the age of 18 (minus the immediate bridal party) attended the ceremony or reception. Please be aware that we will have an open bar and would prefer to have the guest under 21 leave after the meal.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

While we would love to include your significant others, close family friends, etc. Please only RSVP for the number of seats reserved in your name. Most people should have received a plus one on their invite.

Question

Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I RSVP Online?

Answer

Either is acceptable, please allow 3-4 weeks prior to September 5th to receive your RSVP so we can reserve the correct number of seats and meals with our caterer. Update: Hi there! Just a reminder that the RSVP date is just over a week away. Please let us know if you are able to make it or not. We completely understand with COVID that not everyone will feel comfortable joining us. In order to make sure we have everything covered, we are asking that you RSVP sooner than later in order for us to get everything set up with our venue as government restrictions/recommendations change by the day. Some guests were having trouble getting to the website, so I have attached it below. We can’t wait celebrate with you!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Ceremony seating will open to the public at 3:30pm or one half hour prior to the reception. Bridal party will have separate timeline for the day (I know Mark thinks he's golfing the morning of :) )

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony/ post on social media?

Answer

Please refrain from taking pictures during the bridal party processional and ceremony, we have hired an amazing photographer and would prefer that he was able to get all the shots needed during the ceremony. After feel free to go crazy and take as many photos if linking to social media please use the #oncloudpeterson.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please be aware that we are holding the ceremony and reception at a rural outdoor location including outdoor plumbing. We highly recommend shoes that easily walk through grass. Please do not wear jeans or extremely casual dress as this still is a formal event.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

We will have signs on location directing you where to park for both the ceremony and reception.

Question

Can I wear a mask/is hand sanitizer provided?

Answer

We will have hand sanitizer and hand washing stations set up around the venue for you. If you feel more comfortable wearing a mask please do so, but masks will not be provided on location.

Question

What Covid precautions are you taking?

Answer

While no one can predict the ups and downs we have faced this year or the ever changing rules and regulations we have taken the following steps to ensure everyone’s safety. 1: we have minimized our guest list 2: we are spacing out tables 6 feet apart and will ensure family members are sitting together limiting number of guests per table to six 3: we are providing a huge venue location that allows for plenty of room for social distancing 4: our waiters will be wearing gloves and masks as they serve us, wrapping individual plates of food and not putting condiments/ water pitchers at tables to eliminate multiple people touching the same items 5. Due to the sensitive nature of Covid we understand if you can’t make it. We do ask if you have been sick or been around anyone showing symptoms within 14days of our event that you please do not attend.
