Travel Note
Resort Booking Information
All resort reservations must be made through the Destination Weddings booking link in order to be included in the room block reserved for our wedding group: https://booking.destinationweddings.com/attend/event?eventId=940739 When completing your reservation, please be sure to list all guests staying in your room under the RSVP tab so that everyone in your party is properly accounted for. This includes all adults and children. Please note that a maximum of four (4) guests are allowed per room. A $100 deposit per room is required to reserve your booking. Final payment is due by December 1, 2026. While it is not required, we strongly encourage guests to purchase travel protection for their trip. We currently have 25 rooms reserved in our initial room block. If you have a specific room request and it does not appear as available through the booking link, please contact Tay directly so she can coordinate with her resort point of contact.
Flight
Airfare Information
Maryland/DC to Cancun We will be working with a travel agency during the summer for a group rate, but you are welcome to find your own airfare.

Ground Transportation
Roundtrip ground transportation between Cancun International Airport (CUN) and the resort is included in the cost of your stay as part of our Destination Wedding package, making your arrival and departure easy and stress-free.
