Unfortunately, as much as we'd love to invite everyone's children, we can only accommodate a few close family kiddos. We hope that you will understand this decision. We also hope this advance notice means you are still able to share in our big day and will enjoy having the evening off!
Question

How do I book my stay at The Durham Hotel?

Answer

If you run into issues please call the front desk: (919) 768-8830 and ask to book a room for The O'Neill Wedding. They will be able to provide information on rates and available rooms. Thank you!

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You have two options: 1.) Mail back the stamped RSVP envelope with your filled out RSVP card (name(s), a song that makes you happy, dietary restrictions) or 2.) Go to the RSVP Tab and let us know you plan to join. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

May I bring a plus one?

Answer

In order to keep numbers to a minimum, wedding invitations have been deliberately addressed to reflect the number of guests we are expecting to join us on February 28th, 2025. We ask that you are mindful of this when filling out your RSVP card. If you have any concerns or questions, please reach out to Jordan Yeck at (252) 259-7851.

Will there be transportation to the venue?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a shuttle to the venue for the ceremony/reception. That being said, please plan to take your own vehicle or Uber/UberX Share/Lyft. A shuttle will begin running at 7:30 PM on 02/28/2025 from the wedding venue Carolina Grove (1001 Lipscomb Grove Church Rd Hillsborough, NC 27278) to The Durham Hotel located at 315 E Chapel Hill St, Durham, NC 27701. Our event ends at 9:30 PM and shuttles will run until 10 PM. You are welcome to leave your vehicle at the venue, but they must be retrieved in the morning by 10 AM. Thank you!
