We met in 2nd grade at Allentown Elementary School. From that day on, we were always involved in each other’s lives. By 5th grade, we became close friends and I developed a crush. I cheered for his park football team and hoped he'd catch a glimpse of my cartwheeling on the sidelines. By 8th grade, my flirting abilities finally worked and William made the move. He asked me to Semmes Middle School's Spring Formal and we made it official that day. From then forward, I knew I would one day marry him. He proved to be just the guy I’d hoped for: sweet, caring, thoughtful, so intentional with his words and actions. The perfect gentleman. After 7 years of happily dating, he made us even more official and proposed. I can't wait for our day and to finally share his last name. Every little girl dreams of her wedding day, and this little girl just so happened to dream it would be with William Nunn.
Although I’ve know Sumerlynn since the 2nd grade, I don’t remember actually becoming friends until the 5th. She was a little bit of tomboy, but to me, that just made her even cooler. When we got to 8th grade, I hadn’t seen her in a while. She’d become a beautiful little lady and my 14 year old self was very nervous around her. Eventually, I asked for her number (twice because I typed it in wrong the first time), and we became best friends. I kept her hostage for 7 years. We experienced all of high school together and almost all of college. As we both approached a year from college graduation, I decided to lock her in. Sumerlynn’s the sweetest person you’ll ever meet and I couldn’t be happier with anyone else as my life partner.
