We're Getting Married!

Brett and Liz went to high school together but had never met each other. When Liz was a senior in high school and Brett was a freshman in college, Liz got a job at Arooga's Grille House in Hanover, where Brett was working. He saw her when she was interviewing and according to Brett, he turned to his co-worker and said, "I'm going to date that girl someday."

Brett asked Liz to be his girlfriend on September 29th. He wanted to ask her on September 28th but Liz told him he had to wait a day so that their anniversary wasn't on her little sisters birthday, haha.

Brett proposed in the most romantic fashion. He took her on a private hot air balloon ride! Liz was so surprised by the way he asked her. While up in the air, Brett handed Liz a letter. After she read it, Brett got down on one knee and asked her to be his forever. Of course she said YES!
