When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To secure your seating, please RSVP no later than 03/11/2025. All RSVP’s will be accepted via this website only. RSVP’s received after 03/11/2025 will be limited and not a guarantee seating.

What is the attire for this event?

Answer

This is a black attire, business formal and semi formal event. No sneakers, no rubber sole boots, no jean material of any kind, no bandanas, no tshirts. The colors of the evening are emerald green, soft brown and plum. Dressing in the wedding colors is NOT required.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Wedding hours are 6pm-11pm. Please arrive to the venue no later than 1 hour before the wedding begins at 6pm, as this helps with timely seating and we will begin promptly at 6pm. Entry will be very limited at the start of the wedding. No entry after the wedding has began.

Are children allowed to attend this event?

Answer

No, this wedding is a kid-free event, only children in the wedding party will be allowed entry.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is valet parking on the property. Tips are welcome and much appreciated.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

No, you will be responsible for your transportation to and from the wedding ceremony and reception. Both will be held at the same venue.
