🌴 Travel FAQ

Answer

Do I need a passport? Yes. All travelers need a valid passport, at least six months beyond travel dates. Do I need a visa? U.S. and Canadian citizens do not need a visa for short stays. Other international guests should check their country’s entry requirements. Which airport should I fly into? Fly into Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ). The resort is about 45 minutes away. Is airport transportation included? Not automatically. Recommended transfer options will be shared closer to the wedding date. Is the resort all-inclusive? Yes! Your stay includes accommodations, all meals and snacks, unlimited beverages (including alcohol), resort activities, entertainment, pools, beach access, and non-motorized water sports. Do I have to stay at the resort? We encourage guests to stay at the resort to enjoy the full experience. Off-site guests may need a day pass to attend wedding events. Can I book outside the room block? Yes. A room block with special rates is available, but independent bookings are fine. Some group perks apply only to the room block. When should I book? Book as early as possible to secure availability and rates. Room block deadlines will be shared soon. Currency: The Dominican Peso is local, but U.S. dollars are widely accepted. What should I pack? Resort wear, swimsuits, dressy attire for wedding events, sunscreen, sunglasses, sandals, and comfortable shoes for excursions. Is it adults-only? No. The resort is family-friendly. Some events may be adults-only. Other wedding events? Yes! Details on welcome events, the ceremony, and celebrations will be shared closer to the date. Are children allowed at the wedding? While we love your little ones, our ceremony and reception will be adults-only. You’re more than welcome to bring children on the trip if you’re able to arrange childcare during the wedding events.
