If you plan on attending, YOU MUST RSVP. The final headcount is needed by August 31, 2020. If you haven't told us by then, we will miss you terribly on our big day. The guest count will be submitted to our venue and you will not be included in that count. In light of COVID-19, in order to enter the venue, you must be on the list. In addition, you will have to sign-in upon arrival and sign a waiver provided by the venue. You will also be temp checked and required to wear a mask.
The following will be implimented: Everyone will need to sign-in and sign a waiver in order to attend the event. Your temperature will be checked when you arrive. You will have to wear a mask during the private ceremony. You will have to wear a mask during the reception unless you are seated in your assigned seat. You will not have to wear your mask while taking pictures at the photo booth or with the bride and groom. These are the expectations as of 7/22/2020. Please check back regularly for updates.
Please let us know by August 31st that you will be attending the wedding but would like to be placed on the Socially Distant List. This will allow us and other guests to understand your comfort level. Upon arriving, you will get your temp. checked, sign your waiver and receive a wristband to indicate to others that you are okay to chat with at a safe distance but are not comfortable with touching.
Yes! We will have a zoom link for you to watch the ceremony. Please indicate you will not be attending the wedding on the RSVP tab of our website. Please let us know that you will be needing the Zoom link! We will give the login details as we get closer.
We love your kids—we really do. However, due to limited space, we ask just for tonight we celebrate our wedding amongst ADULTS ONLY. Enjoy your night off!

There will be a left turn, right after the neighborhood with a red sign that reads "Granberry Hills" and arrows. Parking is free! The designated parking lot will be the first lot you see on your right.
The private ceremony will be held outdoors. Later in the evening, the reception will be indoors.
We ask you to put down your electronic devices and be fully present with us during the ceremony. We have wonderful photographers and videographers who will get picture-perfect footage. We want you to witness the ceremony through your eyes and not your screen. During the reception, get those phones out and start snapping and sharing the fun! Be sure to use #OnceUponOliva on all your posts so we can find them on social media!
No. However, the party doesn't have to stop at midnight. We have a few room blocks located in Downtown, San Antonio. Feel free to head that way to finish out the night and walk over to your room after! Room Booking details will be announced to all, soon.
