Question
What time should I arrive?
Answer
You can start arriving at 5pm for the church ceremony. The ceremony will promptly start at 5:30pm. Cocktail hour will be at the Reniassance Hotel on the 2nd floor. It begins at 7pm and doors open for the reception at 7:45pm for dinner.

Where is there parking available?
Answer
Ceremony parking is available behind the church Hotel fee for valet parking is $20 per car for the event and $48 per car for overnight. Parking garages nearby include: The Westin Parking Garage; 424 Vine St. Scripps Parking Garage; 100 E 3rd St. Fountain Square Parking Garage; 520 Vine St.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes! We kindly ask our guests to dress up with us. Formal and Elevated Cocktail is requested. For men this may include a jacket and tie or traditional suit. Semi-Formal and Elevated Cocktail for women may include floor length or midi length dresses. Please no wearing jeans or white attire.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
We are only able to accomodate the guests formally invited on the wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear on your invitation. Please ensure you RSVP for everyone on your invitation when you mail them back.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we love children, only those included on invitations are allowed. If the little ones are not listed on the invitation we hope that you can enjoy the night as a date night for you and your partner.

Will there be alcohol at the wedding?
Answer
Yes! We will be providing an open bar and ID is required. The bar will be open from 7pm-7:45pm and 8:15pm to 11:30pm. The bar will be closed for 30 minutes to allow guests to transition from cocktail hour into dinner. Please drink responsibly.

Where can you stay the night for the wedding?
Answer
There is a hotel room block available through the Renaissance Hotel. Please follow the Hotel Accomodation tab for more information.

Is there an after party?
Answer
The reception ends at midnight; however, there is a space reserved at the Renaissance Hotel bar from 11pm to 1am for an after party.

What are the dinner options?
Answer
We are having a plated dinner meal. Please specify on your RSVP which choice you would like.

Are we able to request songs?
Answer
The music for the special day has been thoughtfully curated to create the perfect atmosphere, and song requests are not being accepted.

Are the venues handicap accessible?
Answer
St. Dominic has designated handicap spots available along the right side of the church. There is then a ramp located on the right side to allow access into the church. The Renaissance Hotel is located on street level. There are then elevators that can be taken to the second floor next to the stairs.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Please if you have any food allergies specify them on the RSVP. There will be a vegetarian option available as well.
