What time should I arrive?
Answer
Our ceremony starts promptly at 5:30pm. Wedding etiquette implies for you to arrive about 30 minutes before the ceremony starts. Please arrive at 5:00pm. This allows you to park, sign the guest book, and find your seat! Parking stops 5 minutes before ceremony due to gravel! We can't wait to see you!

What happens if I forgot to RSVP in time?
Answer
We are sorry that you missed the RSVP deadline (June 1st)! Unfortunately, if you forget to RSVP you are not able to attend the wedding. We have to get an exact headcount turned into our vendors and we cannot make adjustments after the deadline passes. We will miss you!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to limited space, we cannot accommodate additional guests. We can only allow the people named on the invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Dress Code: Cocktail/Semi Formal We kindly request that guests wear soft colors or neutral tones, avoiding white/cream (except men’s dress shirts), denim, neon, or overly bright shades. This will help create a cohesive and elegant aesthetic for our wedding photography. Our summer cocktail celebration calls for your most polished look. Think tailored suits and ties, sophisticated midi or maxi dresses, and chic jumpsuits. Since our ceremony will be outdoors, we'll have fans and water available to ensure your comfort. If you're unsure about an outfit, just text Sarah at (423-943-1973).

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be held outdoors. In the case of rain, the ceremony will be moved indoors. The reception is fully air conditioned, but dress accordingly to July weather.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
Answer
We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking for all phones and devices to be silenced and put away during ceremony. We have an amazing team of photographers that will capture the special day. Feel free to take as many pictures as you would like during the reception!

Are children invited?
Answer
We love your little one! However, due to limited space we can only accommodate for the children named on your invitation. We encourage you to use this as a date night! There will be a bar at the reception, so please also keep that in mind.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
We will be serving beer, wine, seltzers, and signature drinks. We kindly ask that you drink responsibly.
