When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please Répondez s'il vous plaît 3 to 6 weeks before the event through this website to ensure we can reserve your seat and meal for the reception. Unannounced plus-ones or uninvited guests will promptly be asked to leave the premises.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If there are any allergies, please inform us as soon as possible, ideally before the RSVP deadline. Please note that since the same kitchen and staff are used, there is always a possibility for cross-contamination if you have an unusual or severe allergy, even with careful preparation.

Is there a dress code?

The dress code for both the Rehearsal Dinner and the day of the Wedding are detailed in their event details. This can be found under the 'Schedule' tab.

Can I bring a date?

Our Plus-One Policy: For plus-ones, we kindly ask that they be long-term, committed relationships-such as engagements, marriages, or domestic partnerships. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please feel free to reach out. This information can also be found by looking at the event details for the Wedding under the 'Schedule' tab.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. There is a gravel parking-lot to the left of the driveway before reaching the venue's buildings. The rehearsal dinner, Ceremony, and reception will all be on-location at different sites around the property. The lot can hold a little over 100 cars, though we recommend carpooling if possible. There is a map feature for directions to the venue. Please pay attention to the surrounding roads and which turns you make on the way to the venue, and try to leave ahead of time to find a good spot. Early is the new on time!

I am coming from out of town, where can I stay? How can I get there?

Answer

Under the 'Travel' tab we have provided an airport and local lodge close to our venue. By using our code 'OnceUponAThan25', you can receive a discount on any recommended hotel and flights surrounding our event. For family coming from out of the state or country, please disclose in the RSVP and contact directly for lodging details.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids of all ages are welcome. However, if you are not able to keep an eye on them the venue can be dangerous. There is security but staff will not be expected to babysit or reprimand. You can also use this opportunity to leave the kids with childcare and enjoy a fun adults' night out. Children will not be allowed without adult supervision.

What is the color palette?

The themed color tones of this event will be sage green, dusty blues, and blushing pink. There will be hints of ivories and metallics as well.
