The room rate is $184.00 for rooms with 2 queen beds and $194.00 for the king suites. Rooms must be booked by no later than August 31, 2024. You can call the hotel at 585-344-700 option 2 to book your room. Please tell the clerk that are booking for the SZPARA Wedding and the date of this event which is 9/28/24

Batavia Downs Gaming

If you were a guest who pre-booked at the Batavia Downs Casino, check in is at 4pm. You are absolutely able to leave after the cermony and check into the hotel and come back. HOWEVER, you can try early check in, if a room is available they will let you check in early, if not you can leave your belongings with the bell hop, and they will bring your things to your room !
