When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by August 30, 2021. You can RSVP here on our website.

Question

What if I can't come or my RSVP changes due to COVID-19?

Answer

If you are unable to attend, we will be having a live broadcast of the Ceremony on Facebook. You can search Laney Suzanne Spaulding or Austin Spaulding and find it on the respective pages. If your RSVP status changes, please update it on our RSVP page to let us know! We wish you and your families health during this difficult time.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive no earlier than 12:20 p.m.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know if you have a food allergy. We cannot guarantee accommodation, but we will try our best.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are not allowing plus ones unless they were specifically invited.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

While there isn’t a specific dress code, please refrain from wearing jeans and sneakers as well as blues and pinks.

Have you reserved a hotel block?

Answer

We have not reserved a hotel block! Please feel free to stay wherever you like! For recommendations, please check our travel and accommodations tab!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately we cannot provide transportation to and from venues. We recommend catching an Uber or Lyft!

Answer

Yes! We are registered here on Zola and Bed Bath & Beyond. Check out our registry tab as both registries will be linked!

Is there a Honeymoon Fund option?

Answer

Yes! We will have a honeymoon fund option available! You can choose specific activities/reservations or just a blank donation!

Where do I go when I get to the venue?

There will be an usher escorting guests.
