Question

What is your safety plan due to COVID?

Answer

We will provide everyone with masks and hand sanitizer stations both at the ceremony and reception. Seating at the ceremony will be every other pew. All tables at the reception will have reduced seating as to avoid sitting too close to one another and aid with social distancing. We want everyone to feel comfortable attending our events. Please respect those around you!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We have set a new date for January 23, 2021! Please respond by December 20, 2020. You will be able to RSVP by using this website under the RSVP tab at top of page or mailing back your RSVP card within the invitation. Thank you!

Question

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

Question

Will there by a place for me to stay that night?

Answer

We have blocked off rooms for those interested. Please see Hotel tab at top of page. There are a limited number of rooms, but you can call for availability should things fill up!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes, we are registered exclusively with Zola! Please see Registry tab at top of page. If you have any questions, you can call or message Zola from there as well.

Question

What about gifts not on the registry?

Answer

We love getting personalized gifts! But if you are at a loss of what to do, we have added a honeymoon fund to our Zola registry page you can add to if you wish!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will ONLY be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Question

What if I plan to bring a guest but I am not sure who yet?

Answer

If your invite says "and guest" and you are planning to bring a guest but are still not sure who, please still RVSP as soon you know that YOU are planning to come. You will still need to add a name to the field if RSVPing online, even if it just “Guest Unknown”. Please do not wait to RSVP if this is your hesitation! This will allow us to continue planning, and we will happily greet whomever you plan to bring on our special day.

Question

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures!! Our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #onceuponapolacek so we can keep track of all of your pictures! However, we do ask no taking of pictures during the ceremony or anything that could get in the way of our photographers and videographer. We have worked hard to make sure we document our day and there will be plenty to see once we post our photos! Thank you!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We hope our wedding will be a fun excuse to wear your favorite cocktail attire! But we want you to feel comfortable, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.

Question

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Parking is available and free at both locations. We ask that you do not leave your cars overnight as there are other events taking place the following day.

Question

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, both will be! Should you need any specific accommodations please contact the MOH regarding these needs.

Question

What if I have a food allergy? Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

Please let us know when you RSVP if you have any special dietary restrictions/allergies. We will be sure to make sure everyone can leave stuffed and healthy!

Question

What time should I arrive before the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend that you plan to arrive about fifteen minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Question

What time is the reception scheduled to end?

Answer

The reception ends at 11:45pm!

Question

Will there be dancing and entertainment?

Answer

Um, is there a sun and moon? LOL. Of course we will have dancing. We have arranged for a DJ that will help you dance your tush off. This ain’t no Footloose.

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

We love ALL of your children, however we have decided to make this an adults-only celebration. We hope you understand!
