Is this wedding child friendly?

Answer

While we adore our loved ones' children, this venue might not be best suited for them. We kindly ask that you make proper arrangements for childcare.

What should our guests wear?

Answer

We want everyone to be comfortable and enjoy themselves. We suggest a semi-formal attire with comfortable shoes for walking and dancing.

Will there be transportation services?

Answer

We have secured a shuttle that will transport guests from the Westin BWI to the venue from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm. The shuttle will resume transportation from the venue to the Westin BWI from 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm. Shuttle seats are limited and are based on a first-come, first-serve method. On-site parking at the venue is free; please be aware there is limited capacity. If guests choose to park at the Westin BWI, please be aware there is a daily parking fee. Guests should contact the Westin BWI for more details pertaining to parking fees.

What time should guests arrive at the venue?

Answer

Guests may begin arriving at the venue no earlier than 4:15 pm. The venue will open the ballroom for guests to find a seat beginning at 4:30 pm.
