Question

What is the Dress Code for the Wedding?

Answer

Please keep in mind that most of these events will be outdoors with the Summer Formal Attire dress code. For outfit inspiration, take a look under "Gallery" for a visual guide to the dress code. Summer formal attire combines elegance with light, breathable fabrics to suit warmer weather. Men may wear a lightweight suit in light colors like beige, navy, light gray or black, paired with a dress shirt and tie, while women may opt for a formal dress in light, airy fabrics such as chiffon, silk, or linen, in soft pastel or bright colors. Dresses may be knee-length or floor-length and can feature subtle patterns, like florals adding a playful yet refined touch. Filipino Barongs and Filipiniana Dresses are more than welcomed!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

The couple requests this be an adults-only event.

Question

What is the dress code for the Welcome Party?

Answer

The welcome party will be Cocktail attire and will be held at a golf club, The Crossings at Carlsbad. Please keep in mind that this will be an indoor/outdoor event. The venue will have floor-to-ceiling windows with a panoramic ocean & golf course view, as well as an adjoining patio. Average temperatures are 80 degrees during the day and mid-60s at night.

Question

Will I need to find transportation to the venue?

Answer

We will be providing transportation to and from the wedding venue. The pick-up will be at Terra Mar Cliffs at 1:30 pm, and the return drop-off will be at Coyote Bar & Grill at 9:45 pm. Please note that the venue is approximately 45 minutes from the Carlsbad area, so we kindly ask that you arrive on time!

Question

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

Yes, you're welcome to take pictures! However, please note that we will be having an unplugged ceremony, so we kindly ask that no devices be used during that time. We would love to gather a collection of photos from our guests throughout the evening, and we'll provide a QR code for you to easily share your pictures with us.

Question

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

We will be providing transportation to and from the wedding venue, ensuring all guests arrive by 2:30 PM. If you plan to arrange your own transportation, please aim to arrive by 2:30 PM, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM.

Question

Any additional questions?

Answer

Feel free to direct them to the couple or members of the Bridal Party. We look forward to an extraordinary event!
