Weather & What To Wear?

Please be sure to bring a coat! It is the end of October by the River and it is outside! Please dress to impress - semiformal/business casual. Jeans are ok if dressed appropriately!

Where Is Everyone Staying?

Answer

Most likely - The Row (Silver Legacy/El Dorado/Circus Circus) BUT you can totally stay anywhere! Other great places - Grand Sierra Resort, Nugget Resort, Renaissance Hotel, J Resort, and more!

When Should Everyone Arrive?

We would love everyone to be here Friday - Sunday so we can make the most out of family weekend! You do not have to of course. There are so many different activities and fun things to do in Reno and even if we only get 15 minutes with each of you it will be special!

Ceremony - Need To Knows

Answer

I would recommend taking an Uber or Lyft to ceremony site if you are attending it. There is NOT much parking nearby. It should be about a 5-10 min drive from The Row Hotels. It will be on the left side of the road and has a large black iron gate and string lights - you can't miss it! The ceremony starts promptly at 4:30pm so please arrive between 4-4:15pm. There will not be food or drink served at the ceremony. After the ceremony, we will be heading to Wild River Grille for dinner! Please join us if you are attending the ceremony.

Dinner?

Answer

Ceremony guests are welcome to dinner at Wild River Grille at 7pm. If you are not a ceremony guest, you are still welcome to try and dine at Wild River Grille separately and sneak in for photos. The room is at capacity so we cannot accommodate anymore people. However, feel free to try and make individual reservations at the restaraunt! (Please note: that will be at your own expense!) Thank you

Can I Bring Some/What Is Not On Guest List?

We love everyone and wish everyone could be at the ceremony but the answer is NO. We invite EVERYONE to join us for the weekend and spend time with friends and family and have fun but our ceremony location cannot hold that many people. We apologize because we know everyone is excited and wants to be there but this is what was feasible for us! Thank you for your understanding!
