What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Please plan to arrive a little early to park, find your seat, and get settled before the ceremony begins!

Please RSVP by August 19th so we can plan accordingly. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

We kindly ask that all RSVPs be submitted by August 19th so we can finalize our seating chart and catering details. If we haven’t received your response by then, we’ll assume you’re unable to attend — and we’ll miss you!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

The bride and groom kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present. Our photographer, Jenny, will be capturing all the beautiful memories, so please take this time to be in the moment with us.

What is the bar situation?

Answer

We will be providing beer, wine and seltzers. We will also be providing two signature cocktails for you to choose from.

Where is the location? Is there parking?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outdoors at Wingfoot Lake State Park (weather permitting), with the reception to follow at the Pine Tree Shelter within the same park. To get there, enter through Goodyear Park Blvd and turn left at the first road for parking closest to the reception. If that lot fills up, continue to the second road and turn left for an additional parking lot.

Do you have a registry?

Your presence at our wedding is truly the greatest gift we could ask for! But if you’d like to contribute further, a monetary gift toward our honeymoon would mean the world to us as we celebrate our first adventure as newlyweds. If you prefer to give a physical gift, we’ve also created a small registry with a few items we’d love and use.

Can I bring a date?

If you are invited to bring a plus one, it will be indicated on your personal invitation. Please make sure to check your invitation for this detail, and kindly RSVP with the name of your guest by the specified date. If you have any questions please reach out to either of one us.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love your little ones — but unless they’re specifically listed on your invitation, we’ve planned for an adults-only celebration. Use this evening to have a fun night away from the kids. :)

Is there a hotel block reserved?

Answer

Yes! We’ve reserved a room block at the Courtyard Akron Downtown with a special rate of $149/night. To get the discounted rate, please be sure to book by August 19th. You’ll find full booking details under the travel tab.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’re asking for semi-formal or cocktail attire—something a little dressy but still comfortable! Think nice dresses, sharp suits, or anything that makes you feel great. We want everyone to look and feel their best :)
