If you've paid your initial deposit, we've already transferred your funds to the new resort so no worries. The same goes for the Yacht Experience and 30 Minute Photo Opp, all those payments have transferred over as well, so if you’ve already booked that initially, you will not need to re-book those again. All you will need to do now is pay your 1st installment payment of $200 to secure your new room. The deposit is already factored in the new price.

The new price displayed factors in the $100 payment for those who’ve paid, for those that have not will add $100 to the current price.
Yes, we have changed the resort to be able to better accommodate all of our family and close friends. We will no longer be in Jamaica; Our new resort is located in Punta Cana, DR. Please reference the ACCOMMODATIONS tab and the BOOK NOW tab to get all the information needed to proceed with booking.
Although we do encourage leaving the kids at home so you can fully enjoy your vacation, the answer is YES! Kids are allowed at this resort. The resort is both kid and adult friendly. Per the resort, Kids under 13 years old are discounted and do not have to pay full adult price for the room. Kids 13 and above are required to pay the adult price. Please advise Dom, the travel agent if you intend on bringing kids.
At this time, we have paid and reserved a room block through the resort and it is only though our website where we can get an accurate idea of how many people we expect to be accommodated. Please book directly through the BOOK NOW tab to secure your spot and receive your discounted rate.
We STRONGLY DISCOURAGE staying outside of the suggested resort, however, in the rare and unlikely event that 1 or 2 guest may need to stay offsite, there will be a $250 fee to enter the resort from offsite and attend the wedding and reception on Sunday. This fee can be paid through the BOOK NOW tab as well. Please don’t forget to RSVP.
Absolutely not. We encourage everyone to book outside excursions and enjoy the island. The only event that we would like everyone to attend is the Wedding and Reception, which is on Sunday. Other than that you are free to move around wherever you choose. We will have other optional met ups but this is YOUR vacation. Enjoy it as you wish! :)
Yes, you may bring guests. Our only requirement is that you book your stay on our site and RSVP so everyone is accounted for and will have a seat.
The deposit($100) + 1st installment($200) is all that is needed initially to secure your spot and ensure you have a room. Once that is paid, we will have payment options available to allow you to pay your balance over time for those that need it.
Once you've purchased your resort accommodations on the wedding site, you will receive COMPLIMENTARY round trip pick up, to and from the airport. The wedding planner will be in contact with you about your flight details closer to the date to schedule airport rides.
Yes. All you need to do is provide your Hyatt member number after booking and the points will be credited for your stay. At this time however you are not able to use the current points you have to book your stay for this trip.
Yes, you need to have a current and valid passport to enter and exit the Dominican Republic. Please make sure that it’s also not set to expire 6 months out from the date of the trip. You DO NOT need a visa however.
No, there are currently no COVID testing or vaccine restrictions to enter or exit the Dominician Republic. We are continuously monitoring the guidelines and will send any updates should this change.
