Most definitely, yes! In fact, we actually recommend renting a beach house if you are traveling with a larger group. There are homes of all sizes available to rent. We recommend booking through Sea Scape Properties or Bryant Real Estate group for vacation rentals. There are a small number of rentals available on Airbnb as well. One important thing to note when booking a home is to reserve on Wrightsville Beach and not Carolina Beach, Kure Beach, Oak Island, or the general Wilmington area. Downtown Wilmington is 15-20 minutes away from Wrightsville Beach, so if you're looking to be in the middle of the action we recommend staying close to the beach area.
We are happy to be providing transportation for guests from the Holiday Inn to Wrightsville Manor. There will be 2 buses making 2 trips departing at 4:00pm and 4:30pm. The ride is an easy 10 minutes from the hotel to the venue. Might you miss the shuttle for any reason, the hotel offers a shuttle to all guests if it is available. At the end of the night, we will then have 1 bus on-call to make trips from the venue to the hotel.

Guests are encouraged to join us for a fun day at the beach & Holiday Inn hotel pool on Saturday. We plan to start the celebratory festivities around 11 AM, but you are welcome to join us at any time that afternoon. If you are not planning to stay at the Holiday Inn, there is a beach access point right at the hotel where you can find us. You will not be allowed to park at the hotel, but public parking is available in the area. This is an open invite so food and drinks will not be provided. We understand that majority of guests are from out of town, so we will have tents with snacks, tables and coolers. Wrightsville Beach prohibits all open containers so we do want to emphasize the importance of koozies and cups. There are several beach restaurants plus a restaurant and pool bar at the hotel! Feel free to bring whatever you may want to have for your perfect beach day!!
There will be a family style meal during the reception along with a dessert table with an assortment of sweet treats. If you have any specific dietary restrictions, please let us know as soon as possible!
