What food is included?

There is a €250 food and alcohol charge per person which will include: Friday, June 28: - Breakfast - BBQ dinner + beer/wine Saturday, June 29: - Breakfast Sunday, June 30: - Oyster Brunch + beer/wine Monday, July 1: - Breakfast The Grooms will be taking care of dinner and drinks on the 29th.

Do I need to make my own hotel arrangements?

Yes! Please contact the château directly letting them know you are with the Newman/Tobin Wedding. Phone Number: +33 4 67 93 12 33 Email Address: resa@lescarrasses.com All rooms are €225 + tax/vat per night. Rooms are located in the main building of the château and in the surrounding villas. There is no need to specify room type or location when you book. All rooms sleep up to two people (couple) or one person (single) and have en-suites. All rooms and surrounding villas come with full kitchens (refrigerator, stove-top, dishwasher, cooking utensils, and cutlery). Washer/dryer are available on-site. Standard housekeeping is provided every three days and, upon request, may be performed more frequently at an additional cost.

What airport should I fly into?

- Bezier Airport (BZR) - 30 min. to château - Montpellier Airport (MPL) - 1 hr. to château - Toulouse Airport (TLS) - 2 hrs. to château *Car transfer from the above airports to the château may be arranged through the château. Larger international airports: - Barcelona Airport (BCN) - 3 hrs. to château by car/train *Car transfer from the above airport to the château may be arranged. - Paris Airport(s) (CDG/ORY) - 4 hrs. to château by train to Béziers. *Car transfer from the Béziers train station to the château may be arranged.

Is there transportation to and from the airport?

Answer

Yes! Transportation can be arranged through the château from any of the surrounding airports or you can rent a car at any of the airports.
