When do I need to RSVP by?

If you could please RSVP by the 1st of December via this website for catering purposes this would be greatly appreciated!

Is there transportation provided?

Answer

There will be a bus available for transport both to the wedding and back into Warrnambool at the conclusion of the reception. Please let us know on the RSVP page if you will require a seat on this bus! UPDATE - bus will be leaving from KFC (central) carpark Warrnambool at 2.45pm sharp to transport to the venue. Bus will be leaving venue at 11:15pm and returning to KFC central.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available at the venue! Parking will be accessible on both Burkes Road (entry to ceremony is here) and Hopkins Point Road.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please let us know of any dietary requirements on the RSVP page. Any questions - don't hesitate to contact us. Vegetarian and gluten free options will be available.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To give all our guests the opportunity to let their hair down and have a good time without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely request no children.

What about gifts?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for. However, if you wish to help us celebrate with a gift, a wishing well will be present on the day.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

If you require the bus to transport you to the wedding, it will leave from Warrnambool at 2:45pm sharp. If you are arriving via private transport, we ask you please be present at 3:15pm for a 3:30pm start.

We want you to be comfortable in whatever you choose! Think garden cocktail - and don't forget your best dancing shoes!

Recovery Day - what's the plan?

Answer

Join us the next day at our home in Cudgee to cure your hangover with more food and drinks on us. We will have a small variety of drinks available - if you want anything in particular, please BYO! Think BBQ , good tunes and good company - please let us know if you will be coming via the RSVP page. NOTE: If you could please carpool or get dropped off at our property that would be greatly appreciated as there is minimal parking!
