Yes, the reception will be at Toccoa Falls College at the Gate Cottage.

Yes, the waterfall is accessible and is easy to walk to. There will also be a golf cart to take the elderly and handicapped.

If it is before 4:00pm, you will have to walk through the gift shop to get to the waterfall.
