Things To Do

We're so excited to share this city with you!
Daytime Activities

Daytime Activities

Seattle, WA

For adventures in the city we recommend this list - lots of kid-friendly options too (Museum of Flight, Seattle Aquarium). A word of caution - tours of the Seattle underground in Pioneer Square are not the most friendly for those with allergies or respiratory issues.

Hiking in Seattle

Hiking in Seattle

Seattle, WA

We really recommend getting out on a hike while in Seattle. This guide is a good list of hikes by varying difficulty and length, but be sure to look up your hike (and the supplies needed) in more detail before embarking. Always bring snacks and water!

Bainbridge Island

Bainbridge Island

Bainbridge Island, WA

Great for a day trip. You can walk on the ferry and 0.5 mile walk to the main street. There is a sweet art museum, tons of lunch spots and gift shops, and lovely cafe called Blackbird that is one of Sophie's favorites! There is also a children's play area behind the supermarket.

Xi'an Noodles

Xi'an Noodles

5259 University Way Northeast, Seattle, WA 98105

When we lived in the U District, we ate here almost every week. Critically-acclaimed and easily our favorite restaurant on earth :)

Katsu Burger

Katsu Burger

1410 12th Avenue, Seattle, WA 98122

We spent many celebratory evenings in college at this unique spot for burgers! Omar's favorite is the Tokyo Classic burger. Sophie recommends the Kinako and Black Sesame milkshake.

Plum Bistro

Plum Bistro

1429 12th Avenue, Seattle, WA 98122

Sophie's favorite vegan spot in Seattle. The biscuits and gravy are delicious!!

For all the days along the way
