What's the dress code?

We can't wait to celebrate our big day in style with our favorite people! We kindly ask that you dress to impress in formal cocktail attire. Think chic short, midi, or long dresses in beautiful fall hues. Please steer clear of jeans, denim, and any shades of white. And of course, don’t forget your dancing shoes – we plan to dance the night away!

Can I bring another guest or a date?
Answer
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate the guests listed on your formal wedding invitation. If you’ve been given a plus one, their name will appear under yours when you RSVP. We truly appreciate your understanding, and if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out!

Are kids allowed?
Answer
Your invitation will specify if your children are included, with their names listed. Otherwise, we kindly ask that you consider this a special date night just for the adults. Thank you for understanding!

What's the deadline to RSVP?
Answer
Kindly RSVP by October 22, 2025 using the RSVP tab in the menu on this website. If we don’t receive your response by then, we will assume you're unable to attend. Thank you for helping us finalize our guest count!

We'll miss you dearly! If you’re unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible by RSVPing 'not attending,' so we can plan accordingly. Thank you for your understanding!

When should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We kindly ask that you arrive 15-30 minutes early to allow time for parking and to find your seat comfortably. We look forward to seeing you there!

Where do I park?
Answer
Our venue offers free on-site parking, and a parking attendant will be available to assist you. For your convenience, there will be a golf cart shuttle to transport guests to the pavilion for the ceremony, especially for those with mobility aids. If you plan on drinking, we encourage you to consider using Uber or Lyft for a safe and enjoyable experience!

The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you—get ready to party! To ensure a fun and safe celebration, we encourage you to use Uber or Lyft for your transportation to and from the venue, or arrange for a designated driver. Please make sure you have a reliable plan to get home safely!

Can I take pictures during ceremony?
Answer
We're excited to have an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we kindly ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us during this special moment, and we want our photographer to capture the best images for us to share with you later. However, after the ceremony and during the reception, we encourage you to take as many pictures as you'd like, and don’t forget to share them with us! We plan to have QR codes spread around to upload all of your pictures to!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, with the ceremony held under a covered pavilion. Following the ceremony, the cocktail hour will feature an outdoor bar, delicious hors d’oeuvres, yard games, and a cozy fire pit. The reception will be held indoors, where the celebration will continue!

What if I can't attend but I want to send a gift?
