The Cross Border Xpress (CBX) bridge in San Diego is the most convenient way to reach Morelia via TIJ. You simply park in one of the CBX lots, pay the fee to cross the CBX pedestrian bridge from San Diego directly into Tijuana’s airport, TIJ.
🛂🇲🇽 Don’t forget your passport! While Mexico does NOT require your U.S. passport to be valid for 6 months prior to travel — your passport must be valid for the duration of your stay.
🚘🇲🇽 Take an airport-approved taxi to your accommodation (they're right outside on the curb). Use a recommended taxi (from your hotel or us) to and from the airport! We do not recommend Uber for airport travel.
