What is the dress code?

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside on the Mt. Bachelor Lawn. Cocktail hour will take place on the patio (with heaters and fire pits if needed!), and the reception will be inside The Great Hall with access to the outdoor patio.

Should I plan for weather changes?

Answer

Yes! October in Central Oregon is beautiful, but the weather can be a little unpredictable. Evenings may get chilly, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or an extra layer.

What happens if it rains?

No worries — we’ve got it covered. The celebration will go on rain or shine, and we’ll make sure everyone stays comfortable.

Can I bring a plus-one?

While we’d love to celebrate with everyone, due to space constraints, we can only accommodate the guests listed on your invitation.

What time should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive by 3:15 PM so you can get settled and enjoy the ceremony.

What time does the celebration end?

Answer

The reception wraps up at 10 PM, but we’ve rented out The Owl’s Nest Bar until 2 AM! Cash bar and late-night munchies will be available to those who want to keep the party going.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There’s plenty of parking on-site, but if you’re staying offsite, we recommend rideshare or the free resort shuttle — especially after a few drinks.

Can you accomodate dietary restrictions?

Absolutely! The menu will include DF, GF, V, and VEG options. If you have a dietary restriction not listed, just let us know so we can make sure you’re covered.
