Hi, No Spain does not require you to have a negative Covid test, but does require you to fill out a health questionnaire. You can download the app or complete the form online. I have linked the website above. The app is called SpTH short for (spain travel health).

YES! This is the clinic we used when we visited. It's in downtown Marbella and they were quick and easy. The address is: Edificio El Cisne, C. del Calvario, 6, 29601 Marbella, Málaga It's a 5-7 minute walk from Hotel Cristobal
