It all began with a simple match on a dating app in June 2022 — a small moment that would change our lives forever. We had our first date on June 9 at InsideOut restaurant, and from the very first conversation, something just clicked. We couldn’t get enough of each other’s company, and what was supposed to be one date turned into an entire weekend together — exploring North Park, laughing over good food, and binge-watching The Queen’s Gambit. It didn’t take long for us to realize that what we had was something rare and real. By May 2023, our bond had only grown stronger, and we decided to take the next step and move in together. Just a month and a half later, we found out we were expecting a baby boy — a beautiful surprise that would change our hearts in ways we never imagined. In February 2024, we welcomed our son, Nico, into the world. Becoming parents for the first time was filled with challenges, joy, and countless late-night snuggles, but through it all, we found strength and comfort in doing it together. Then, on February 22, 2025, in the home where our little family began, Noel got down on one knee — with Nico by his side — and asked me to marry him.
