Parking for the wedding will be in the back lot of the venue. Please follow posted signs when you arrive.
While the wedding is a vintage train and travel theme, the dress code for the event is simply whatever you feel comfortable in! Monkey suits welcome, but not exclusive. The ceremony will be outside (weather permitting) so dress for the weather.
While we appreciate your love and desire for pictures today, we ask that you leave the photos to our wonderful photographer. We will have a designated time and location for photos with the Bride and Groom following the ceremony. Photos after the ceremony are at your discretion.
Our event is going to be limited in varieties of alcohol and BYOB is encouraged should you request something specific. A small selection of DIY cocktails will be available, as well as a keg of Miller Lite. Drinks are provided by the bride and groom, though a donation jar will be out should you feel inclined to help cover costs. Soda, water, and tea will be available for guests seeking non-alcoholic refreshments.
We welcome the kiddos of the family to attend the big day. For the ceremony, we ask that you keep them from roaming the grounds freely. Parents will be able to take the children around the museum following the ceremony. There will be small group train rides available while photos are happening. There will also be a quiet room and movie available for children to retreat to. The bride and groom are not held responsible for any damages incurred should children run into trouble. Since this is a historic museum, please be mindful when bringing children and with watching them.
Small golf carts will be available for guests not able to walk out to the seating area for the ceremony. If you would like to utilize this gracious service, please notify the bride and groom prior to the day.
