Hotel Booking Instructions for Wedding Guests To ensure you receive the special rate and are properly included in the wedding group accommodations, please follow the steps below when booking your room or checking in: 🛎️ If You Are Booking in Advance (Online or by Phone): Call the Hotel Directly or use the online reservation link provided (if applicable). Mention the Wedding Group Name exactly as provided. Example: “I’m booking as part of the IfemADEtunde2025 Wedding Group.” Ask to book under the wedding block to receive the discounted group rate and to ensure you're counted with our group. Confirm your check-in and check-out dates match the reserved block (if you’re staying extra days, ask if the rate still applies). 🧳 If You Are Arriving at the Hotel Without Booking Ahead: At the front desk, clearly tell the staff: “I’m here with the IfemADEtunde2025 and would like to book a room under the wedding block.” Ask if rooms are still available under the group name for the special rate. Present any confirmation info or invitation details if needed for reference. ✅ Important: Mentioning the wedding group is the only way to receive the special rate and be grouped with other guests.
