Becky is Laura's sister-in-law and has known Laura since she was 14 years old. Their friendship is so strong that Laura leaves off the "in-law" and just refers to her as her sister most of the time. Becky has been the backbone of "Team Thomas" for a long time now and is the main woman in Laura's life she looks up to for guidance and advice.

Chelsea and Laura met at their first real job out of college in Springfield, MO. Their friendship has grown and changed through every career, city and personal move each has made over the past nine years. True travel lovers in their souls, the two have enjoyed travelling all over together making memories.

Matt is one of Jimi's closest friends. Their friendship started at Pittsburg State University and has only grown since then. Jimi cherishes the journey they have been on together. They don't always agree but they always listen to each and are willing to grow.

Amber and Laura have known each other since they were five years old. They went to high school together then college at NWMSU and have kept close ever since. Amber's kids have even made Laura their honorary "Aunt Laura", a title she takes very seriously. Amber's easy-going personality and go-with-the-flow attitude always puts Laura at ease and reminds her to slow down and enjoy the now.

Mark is one of the first friends Jimi made at Pittsburg State University. They quickly bonded over their love of sports and still to this day love sitting down and chatting about what is going on in the sports world. Mark’s ability to remain calm and sensible through all situations is one thing Jimi admires in his friend.

Katie and Laura met at college at NWMSU. Over the years the two have travelled on Spring Break trips together, traipsed around Europe and have made numerous trips to visit one another post-college. One of their very favorite spots to visit together is VEGAS. Every time they go they do something different.

Ezra and Jimi have been close since they both attended Parkway North High School. Ezra now lives in Colorado, but despite the physical distance between the two they have always remained close like brothers.

Elizabeth and Laura met 12 years ago when Elizabeth and Tyler started dating. Elizabeth is one of the most thoughtful, beautiful and selfless people. She is constantly putting others ahead of herself and that does not go unnoticed by either Laura or Jimi. The Simmons family has become one of the constant, great friendships in both their lives.

Tyler and Laura were friends in college at NWMSU. The most unlikely pair to remain friends after college somehow formed a strong friendship. Years later, Laura considers Tyler one of her best friends and she can't imagine not having the Simmons family in her life. When Laura introduced Tyler to Jimi she just knew these two would hit it off....and she was right! The two became real friends, real fast.

Rachel and Laura lived together in Springfield, MO over ten years ago. Since then, the two have stayed close through numerous moves, relationships, and the birth of Rachel's son, Miles. Rachel and Laura bond over their love of the same types of movies, tv shows, books, music and most of all, sense of humor. The two communicate fluently in movie quotes.

Barnett is one of Jimi's cousins on his mother's side. Jimi and Barnett have been very close ever since their time together at Pittsburg State University. From family reunions to NYE parties and everything in between, these two have been there for one another. Jimi and Laura can't wait to watch Barnett marry the love of his life, Jill, next year.

Stacie and Laura were childhood best friends. The two were inseparable for years and could be found getting into all kinds of mischief together growing up. Stacie's quick-wit and one liners have always kept Laura on her toes. Although the two don't get to spend every minute together like they did when they were young, they manage to make the most out of their limited time together these days. Stacie will always be the Wayne to Laura's Garth.
Cade Allee

Cade is Laura's nephew, but during his time at Missouri State University Jimi and Cade become really close during early morning workout sessions and occasional basketball games at the rec. Their love of anime is always a talking point when the two get together and it's evident they both enjoy each other's company tremendously.

Kory and Laura went to high school together at Rock Port R-II. They've been lucky enough to stay friends throughout the many years since then. Kory and his family have been extremely generous in putting Laura up at their house the past few years when she's needed to go back to Rock Port.

Bisi is one of Jimi's cousins on his father's side. The two have recently became close since Bisi started attending Missouri State University working on his masters degree a year ago. Jimi and Laura have really loved getting to know Bisi and are truly appreciative of his willingness to help out with whatever, whenever he is asked.

Ella is one of Amber's children that Laura is so lucky to consider a "bonus" niece. Ella has such an incredible personality and has an uncanny way of making her Aunt Laura feel wonderful every time she gets to spend time with Ella and her brothers.

Noah is one of Tyler & Elizabeth's children that Laura is so lucky to consider a "bonus" nephew. Noah is always up for an adventure, a game or sharing a sweet treat (which Laura appreciates). Spending time with him and his siblings has been a great joy in Laura's life.

Laura will be escorted down the aisle by her big brother. Jamie has been a constant in Laura's life amongst a lot of change and challenges along the way. "Team Thomas" forever.

Jimi will be escorted down the aisle by his father, Seni Sr. The past few years have truly shown both of them what it means to be a family that leans on one another, picks up one another and never lets each other down.

Jamie has been Laura's "sister-friend" for over 15 years now. Her friendship with Jamie continues to be one of the brightest spots in her life and Jamie constantly models for Laura the meaning of choosing your own family and showing up for them. Laura can't imagine getting married without her help behind the scenes.
Alex Reeb

Jimi first met Alex at a pickup volleyball game shortly after Jimi moved to Kansas City. Alex was also new to the city and the two hit it off instantly. Laura was introduced to Alex not too long after and the rest is history. Jimi and Laura really enjoy spending time with Alex and his fiancée, Annie, going out to eat, playing games and having interesting conversations. They can't wait to travel to Dallas in May for their upcoming nuptials.
