A three course dinner to be served during the reception. Course 1 Butterhead Lettuce (Gluten Free) with blue cheese, Asian pear, cashews, black sesame vinaigrette. Course 2 Corn Ravioli (Nut Free), sauteed shiitake, roasted corn & jalapeno, herb oil, tomato sauce. Course 3 (Choose 1) 1. Roasted Amish Chicken Breast (Gluten Free, Egg Free, Nut Free), creme fraiche, Yukon gold potato, fricassee of peas, thyme jus. 2. Miso Glazed Sea Bass (Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free, Nut Free), crispy rice, chili-sesame haricot vert, scallion-ginger salad. 3. Braveheart Farm Ribeye (Gluten Free, Egg Free, Nut Free), pomme puree, haricots vert, cherry tomatoes, shallot jus, shallots.
