When should I RSVP by?

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

If you’d like to honor us with a gift, we’ve created a Newlywed Fund for our first home together. Rather than a traditional honeymoon, we’re excited to put these funds toward updating our new home and upgrading some essentials to create a space we can truly call our own. For those who prefer a more traditional option, we’ve also created an Amazon registry with a selection of items to help us settle into our new home.

Is there a dress code?

Day Time Cocktail. Please keep in mind that the weather may be chilly and wet! We expect the ceremony to be outdoors unless the weather does not permit.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, you are welcome to bring your children. Please mark on your RSVP if any of your children will be attending.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The Courtyard Marriott Downtown Akron is only about 6 minutes from the Venue. We have a room block here for those who want to take advantage of that option. Please visit the "Travel" tab for more information about the room block. Another nearby hotel is the Sheraton Suites in Cuyahoga Falls which is about 8 minutes from the venue. This hotel is surrounded by restaurants and shopping!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please mark on your RSVP if you have any food restrictions. We will have gluten-free and vegetarian options available.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We are planning on having the ceremony outdoors and the reception indoors. If the weather is too uncomfortable to be outdoors, we will have the ceremony indoors. There will be outdoor space during the reception to enjoy if desired.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

The following beverages will be available: Mimosa, Bloody Mary, Beer, Hard Seltzer, Wine, Soda, Water, Coffee, and Tea.
