Where do I park?
Answer
You will be parking at the venues remote parking lot, Ewald Soccer Field, which is 1/3 down the road. Guests are welcome to drop passengers off at the barn and return to the parking lot. All guests will be shuttled back and forth as needed. The address to the soccer field is N80W38226 McMahon Rd Oconomowoc, WI 53066.

Will there be transportation from the venue to a hotel?
Answer
There will not be any transportation set up for guests heading to hotels. We ask that everyone makes plans ahead of time so that everyone gets home safely! All of the nearest hotels are roughly 13 minutes from the venue. I do believe Uber and Lyft are both available in this location as well!

Will the ceremony be inside or outside?
Answer
The ceremony will take place outside assuming the weather cooperates with us. Bring warm clothes as I am sure it will get chilly as the sun goes down.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The earliest you should arrive is 2 pm as the shuttle service will not be running any earlier than that. The ceremony will begin at 3 pm.

Is underage drinking permitted?
Answer
Yes, with the consent and presence of a legal guardian. Valid identification from both the minor and legal guardian will need to be present and the guardian will be asked to sign a waiver. However, the venue does have the right to refuse service. We will be asking the bartender to refuse service as they see fit to reduce the risk of any accidents. If your minor is your ride home, we ask that you not allow them to consume any alcohol.

Is smoking allowed at the venue?
Answer
Yes, it is! However, it is ONLY allowed in the designated smoking area. This rule is strictly enforced, and the venue holds every right to ask anyone not in compliance with this rule to vacate the premises.
