Our first official hangout was as friends, coffee crawling through downtown Fredericksburg. This wasn't a date, but date vibes were strong and this is where we decided we had a ton of fun together!

For our first "official" date, Matt flew me to DFW and we spent a weekend doing all the Texas things!

Matt came up to Virginia in October!

Walking through this apple orchard, talking and discussing our dreams and future will forever be a highlight.

In December, Matt took Leah to the inner harbor and said "I love you" on top of the ferris wheel.

We got to go to Matt's mom's wedding together on Valentines day!

For Matt's birthday, Leah surprised him with a day of adventures! This tulip field felt like we were in Europe. It was so beautiful and so windy!!

Matt proposed on April 17 at the church where we reconnected, in front of the world map! It was beautiful and perfect.
