It was a simple swipe right of a dating app that matched the two of us from the beginning. We spent countless hours on facetime getting to know each other the first few weeks and set a date for our first date. Thanks to some canceled plans on Zach's part, we had an impromptu lunch date the day before our "official first date" and spent over 2 hours talking and getting to know each other in person. Thanks to our love of mostly the same sports teams and Disney, conversation never fell short and we probably could have sat and talked for hours more. We started officially dating a few weeks later and have pretty much been inseparable since. Zach was Courtney's light at the end of the tunnel when she had pretty much given up hope on the dating scene for the moment. Watching him not only love her, but love and care for Maddy only sealed the deal for her. A month into dating, Courtney had invited Zach on her Disney trip the following year with her best friends and their kids and the planning began. Little did Courtney know, that planning would eventually turn into planning an engagement as well. We are so excited to join as one and continue making memories with each other and our families!
