MAIN COURSE
1. Roast corn fed chicken, buttered fondant, celeriac puree, chicken and tarragon bon bon
2. Tenderloin of pork, creamed potato, carrot and swede puree, roasted parsnip with cavolo nero
3. Royal bream, dill crushed potatoes, roast Jerusalem artichoke, clam and parsley dressing

There will be a trio of desserts for everyone so no need to pre select
