We met & dated in high school.. but it wasn't all roses and daisies. We ended up splitting and lost contact for about 3 years. During those 3 years, we individually fell in love with Jesus and began a personal relationship with Him. Lee sent a letter to Olivia by mail and we met up to apologize and forgive one another of past hurts. We reconciled, built a friendship, and started dating a month later when Lee showed up on the front porch dressed to the 9's with a handful of flowers -- old school style (:

December 17th, 2018 3:30 am: Blindfolded, (kindly) kidnapped, and on the way to Boone. Olivia was surprised with a road trip back to her favorite & former college town. We conquered the wind chill and foot of snow on the ground leading to the peak of Snake Mountain. Our future is truly a blank slate and we are dreamers to say the least. From Boone to Mexico to Southeast Asia to Indonesia to California to Chile to China, we finally narrowed the path and cheerfully decided where "home" will be for the next year: Indiana! We will be working with each other for Good News Ministry as highschool teachers for troubled, inner-city boys. We're excited to grow as one in marriage and as teammates. Bonus Fact: the home we will be living in is nicknamed "Love Shack" & we're definitely looking forward to have a lil place of our own!
