Jack and Olivia met on New Years Eve of 2022 at Gin Mill in South End, the only free place in Charlotte to be on such a celebrated night.  Olivia had come with her friend Elise, and Jack with his friends Cam and Connor. The night didn't really get interesting until Olivia saw someone dancing and pretending to be a DJ from across the room. There were only two choices. One, she could admire him from afar. Or two, she could join the handsome stranger in his dance, which is exactly what happened. They hit it off right away, and ended up being each other’s New Year's kiss. The rest is history!
