Yes! A free shuttle will be taking guests to and from the LivINN Hotel Sharonville where we have set up a room block. Please stay there if you plan to utilize the free transportation. We highly recommend utilizing this shuttle to avoid drinking and driving and since Uber may not be prevalent in Fairfield following the event. Please see the Hotel tab for tentative shuttle information.

No. There will not be a ceremony before the reception.
We are requesting semi-formal attire for the evening. For men, this means button down shirts and dress pants. No jacket or full suit is necessary. For women, this means cocktail dresses, midi dresses, etc. The venue is indoors, but we encourage everyone to take into consideration the likely hot Cincinnati weather in August. Please do not wear white.

If you are able, we recommend driving to Cincinnati. This area is very car centric and there is very little public transportation. Uber and Lyft are also prevalent if needed. However, if you are far enough to fly, please fly into the Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky Airport (CVG). We recommend renting a car prior to your arrival.

No, there is not a 2 night minimum for the hotel block. The block is for 2 nights, August 22nd to 24th, but you can book just 1 night if you prefer.

Cincinnati tends to be very hot and humid in August. Plan for the heat, but also watch out for potential rain.
